Rugby Training day in Wells, Somerset

Dear all, this is to let you know of the following rugby training day; SRFU U15s and U18s Girls Skills Development Day to take place on Saturday 13 July 2012 at Wells RFC from 10:00 to 15:00.
Wells RFC are hosting the day and Worcester girls are invited.


The day is aimed at those who have played at county level but can also cater for newcomers.
The idea will be to give the girls some practical skills coaching at CB standard and to give those who have not yet taken part in the county set up, a taster of what to expect if they choose to put themselves forward next season.

They are hoping to have some girls from the Newport Gwent Dragons there, as well as Gwesyn Price-Jones who is head of Rugby Development for the NGD Women and Girls and who will take a key role in the coaching.

They intend to be concentrating on handling skills and running lines and will try to deliver a high quality day of skills coaching.
Please let me know if you would like to attend so I can pass on numbers to the organisers. Ian

Wednesday 15th may

Next wednesday 15th may we are having a season end get together  and end of season awards in the club house at worcester. This is where we go for our after match food.This will be from 7.30 till around 8.30-9. It would be good if all players could attend this.Please let your fellow players know.

If you are attending the national 7s saturday please bring plenty of dry clothing with you as the weather forecast is for it to be wet.

Next sunday the 21st is the worcester 10s.Can the u,18s please be there at 10 and the u,15s be there by 10.30.

The u,15s are playing LSH ,please meet at 12 for a 1 oclock kickoff.
The u,18s are playing cirencester , please meet at 1 for a 2 oclock kickoff.

There are a lot of games at the club this sunday  so we will be short on changing room space  . Can you please all come changed ready to play on sunday. There will be changing rooms available after you have played.Please let your team mates know.
